Silas Boahene is an accomplished management professional with a wealth of experience in operations, administration, and personnel management. His journey began with a degree in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2003, followed by a degree in Business Administration from Central University College in 2013. Continuing his education, he earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Accra Business School in 2021, specializing in Business Administration.
Silas's professional career spans across diverse industries and roles. He served as Chief Operations Officer/General Manager at Accra Lions Football Club, where he oversaw the entire operations of the club, demonstrating his leadership and management skills. Additionally, he has held positions in customer service and administration at reputable companies like Montran Ghana Ltd, E-Pay Ltd, Capital One, and Astron BPS, gaining valuable experience in client relations and administrative duties.
In 2022, Silas ventured into sports management, establishing Impact Sports Management and launching sportsblog247.com. This endeavor reflects his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the sports industry. Complementing his practical experience, Silas pursued further education in athlete management from Sports Management Worldwide in Portland, Oregon, USA, under the mentorship of industry experts.
