Clarity. That is the word I would like to describe what I got from the conference. I knew what the path looks like - whether good or bad. There is no more wondering - I know what it takes and what is expected of me. And of course, I made many new friends and connections that I can’t wait to follow up on.

SMWW is an opportunity to "jump into" a network of professionals in all aspects of the business of baseball. Having the conference at the same time as the Winter Meetings is also invaluable. Whether young or old, this is an awesome opportunity to get a solid understanding of all aspects of baseball.

The football career conference was a wonderful experience for my professional development. Between networking with established names in the industry and fellow aspiring professionals, you could meet someone different seemingly every minute.
