I met Dr. Lashbrook and decided I was finally going to learn how to be a sports agent, something that I had always wanted to do. The Athlete Management Course was great and I was able to experience success earlier on as an agent. Now I work for Goodwin Sports Management, one of the most successful agencies in the business. I signed NBA 1st round pick Rodney Stuckey from Eastern Washington who was selected 15th overall by the Detroit Pistons in the 2007 NBA Draft.

During my last year of law school, I signed up for Dr. Lashbrook's program. Following law school, I started my law practice at a large law firm and focused on sports law. The knowledge I gained from the program and Dr. Lashbrook was invaluable and helped me to excel in my practice. I wanted to take the course for about 1 year before I actually signed up. My favorite part of the course was the opportunity for flexibility. This appeared in ALL aspects from chats to discussion posts. Students were able to set their own pace within the framework of the week's requirements. I have found the athlete referral system to be highly organized and it has worked well. I think there are many ways to move forward in the sports industry and SMWW is doing just that.
