When I first started my doctorate, Dr. Lashbrook and I had a detailed phone conversation covering all the hurdles that awaited and the possible benefits. His compassion and honesty was needed at the time. The SMWW/CUC program was ideal and helped me to become an expert in my field. My research has been implemented at various institutions in Central and South Florida, and I now teach courses in Sports Management and Exercise Sciences at the graduate level.
