My favorite part of the course was learning how agents are perceived and are viewed and how to deal with that in regards to the athlete and their families. I look forward to taking another course with SMWW.

Our goal with this conference is for the SMWW Staff & SMWW Agency Directors to get to know each other personally and professionally. This will be a small intimate workshop for Athlete Management graduates and SMWW Agents only. Our staff & speakers are motivated to share with you the strategies, tips, and secrets to recruiting and signing more athletes. More clients for our agents and therefore more clients for SMWW.

The Timbers have sold out every home game to date, with over 50 consecutive
sellouts. The Timbers cap season-ticket sales at 15,300, and have a wait list of more than 9,000, the largest in MLS. The main supporters group of the Portland Timbers is the Timbers Army. It's 4000+ members are known for their loud, enthusiastic support and the raucous atmosphere they create at Timbers games. Even if you don't like soccer, you will love the atmosphere and excitement of the game. The famous Timbers Army creates a European-style rooting section for the club, complete with drumming, flags, scarves, smoke bombs and constant chanting and cheering.

SMWW will award a limited amount of full and partial scholarships for each SMWW Career Conference. To be considered for a scholarship, you must be 18 years or older. Fill out an application here. Then submit your resume and one page letter describing why you are an ideal candidate to Studentservices@SMWW.com. Scholarships do not include lodging or airfare. Scholarship applicants who have completed an SMWW training program will be given preference.
