Lee Fraser is the current England Women's National Team Physical Performance Analyst, helping develop and lead the England Women's National Team to perform at the highest level. Lee spent over 14 years as a Technical Scout, Talent ID & Data Analyst with Newcastle United FC, while also consulting in analytics for many soccer operations, including for the South African "Road to World Cup" in 1998, the UEFA Champions League in 2003, the UEFA Cup from 2003 – 2007 and the Welsh FA in 2007.
Lee has over 20 years of experience in the football/soccer industry achieving top talent IDs & providing CEO level insight from data. Lee is an expert at creating data driven succession plans and successfully identify suitable emerging global talents aiming to provide department wide accountability on decision making with an MCDA let approach.
