Mark Washo is the Owner/Founding Partner of Freedom Sports and Entertainment (FSE). FSE is a boutique agency he founded in 2011 providing revenue generation and marketing services to the sports and entertainment industry.

Mark currently serves as the Managing Director and alternate Governor of Flower City Union professional soccer club via an outsourced relationship with the club and also consults with the National Independent Soccer Association. Key agency services include senior leadership, management, outsourced ticket sales, outsourced sponsorship sales, ticket sales management, sponsorship management, executive recruiting, sales training, sales development, ticket operations, and technology solutions.

Mark has close to thirty years of experience in the sports business industry. Washo’s previous professional experiences include Chief Business Officer of the Rochester Rhinos,  President, General Manager, and Board of Governor of the WPS Washington Freedom, Executive Vice President of Chicago Fire Soccer Club, Senior Vice President of New York-New Jersey MetroStars (Red Bull NY), Senior Director of Ticket Sales at D.C. United, Manager of Embassy and Corporate Accounts Budget Rent-A-Car, Ticket Sales Executive at the Washington Wizards, and Direct Marketing Representative at Bison Baseball In addition to his professional experiences, Mark is also the author of "Break into Sports through Ticket Sales”, and contributing Author in Sports Sales Management and Ticket Sales Operations book. He also has adjunct professor experience with the Georgetown University Sports Industry Management Master’s Program, SUNY Fredonia Sport Management Program, and St. John Fisher University Sport Management.  Mark also serves on the board of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation WNY Chapter.
